Purpose and scope

Setting up the layout and content of your WebShop so it reflects your branding is very important, but can be time-consuming. Using this new feature, you can now clone either a single page, or a block with all its children.

Step by step

Step 1: Log into Management Interface

Log into Management Interface using your username and password. This opens the dashboard of your Management Interface.

Step 2: Open pages

Click Pages. This opens the Content Management System.

Key points

The Content Management System is used to manage the layout and content of your WebShop.

Using its editor, you can control the following elements:

  • General setting, including page name, URL and template name

  • Page or block status - draft, unpublished or published

  • Page content

  • Links to images

  • SEO options - meta page title, keywords and so on

  • Where you want the page located in your menu

  • If you wish to associate a banner set with the page

Step 3: Clone a page or block

  1. Select the page or block that you wish to clone. When you’ve selected it, it will be highlighted in blue.

  2. Click Clone. This copies the page, and all its children. The copy is named [name of page or block][Copy]. It is set to a Draft Status.

Use the Content Management System editor to modify the copy as you want to.

The block highlighted in the screenshot, Store Information, has three children. After clicking Clone, you can see that a copy of them has been made.
