Step by step
Step 1: Log into Management Interface
Log in
Log into Management Interface using your username and password. This opens the dashboard of your Management Interface.
Step 2: Open Countries
Open
Click Localisation, located under Configuration on your Management Interface. This opens your Localisation options.
Select Countries. This opens a screen where you view a list of configured delivery countries, add new countries to this list or search for a country.
Action 1: Add country
Add
Click New Country. This opens a form to the right of your screen.
Enter the country name, and select the matching ISO country code from the drop-down list.
Check the box under Pin if you wish to include this country at the top of the delivery country list in WebShop.
Click Submit.
Remember that delivery countries you configure and save are immediately available to use in Shipping Services.
Action 2: Edit country
Edit
Click on the country you wish to edit.
Make changes to the information as required.
Click Save.

Action 3: Pin country
Pin
To specify a list of preferred countries at the top of the displayed delivery country list in WebShop (referred to as pinning a country), edit the country and check the box underneath Pin.
Click Save.

On the Countries listing screen, pinned countries are marked as Yes, as shown:

Within WebShop, your customers selects a delivery destination from the Deliver To drop-down box. All configured delivery countries are displayed alphabetically in this drop-down list. Countries that have been pinned are listed in alphabetical order first.
Example
Ireland has been pinned as being a preferred country in Management Interface. It is displayed first in the drop-down list of delivery countries when you Checkout in WebShop.
