How do I add and/or import a single product to my product catalogue?

Purpose and scope

You may wish to either add a single product or import a single product to your catalogue.

The purpose of this article is to provide a step by step guide on how to do both these tasks in Management Interface.

Key points

Typically, your product catalogue is fully integrated with your ERP. If this is the case, we recommend that you create, update or remove products from your product catalogue in your ERP. Changes made in your ERP are uploaded as part of the scheduled and regular import of your product data.

Step by step

Step 1: Log into Management Interface

Log in

Log into Management Interface using your username and password. This opens the dashboard of your Management Interface.

Step 2: Open product administration tool


Click Catalogue on the left hand menu. This opens Product Administration, from where you can manage your product catalogue.

Action 1: Add a single product using the product administration tool

  • Click New in the top right of the screen to open the New Product screen.

  • Add product details.

  • Click Save.


Remember that changes are immediately visible in WebShop.

Action 2: Import a product from your ERP

  • Click Import from ERP.

  • Enter the product code and click Search to find the product.

  • Click the Import icon to the right of the product you wish to import.
