Screen layout: Orders

Introduction

The Orders screen displays a list of all orders placed by your customers.

How it fits together

The Orders screen lists orders placed by your orders.

Actions available

1. From the ‘With Selected’ dropdown menu. you can

   • export a subset of orders, which are downloaded onto your computer as a .XLS file

   • view a subset of orders which have a particular status.

2. Search for an order. The exact order ID must be entered for a result to be retuned.

3. Filter orders by status.

4. View the full details of an order.
