Viewing invoices and credit notes in Aphix WebShop

Support in SAP Business one

View, print and/or download invoices and credit notes from your customer’s “My Account” area when they log into WebShop.

The credit note is displayed using a standard template stored within WebShop.

Support in Intact iQ

View, print and/or download invoices and credit notes from your customer’s “My Account“ area when they log into WebShop.

A list of credit notes is retrieved as PDF files from Intact iQ. When opened, the credit note is displayed using the style contained in the PDF.

Your customers may wish to view, print and/or download invoices or credit notes from their WebShop account.

The purpose of this feature guide is to provide a step by step guide on how to do this.

Step by step

Step 1: Log into Aphix WebShop

Log in

Log into WebShop with your username and password. This opens Aphix WebShop's dashboard.


Step 2: Open “My Account“

Open

Click My Account to display the account details screen. This screen contains details of your account, as shown.

Step 3: View Finance

View

Click Finance in the left menu bar. This opens a list of transactions made using this customer account.

Actions available

Action 1: Filter the list of transactions using the drop-down box on the right of the screen.

Action 2: View a specific Invoice or Credit Note.

The full list of transactions has been filtered by Invoice.

View

View a specific invoice or credit note by clicking View to the right of the document you wish to view.

Key points when viewing credit notes

  • Only supported in SAP Business One and Intact iQ.

  • The credit note is displayed using a standard template stored within WebShop if WebShop is integrated with SAP Business One.

  • Credit notes are retrieved as PDF files from Intact iQ. The credit note is displayed using the style contained in the PDF.
