Feature list

We support a number of features that allow your customers to view your products, place orders and manage orders. These are:

  • Secure login

  • "My account" screen -populated with your customer's credit limit and status and contact details

  • Favourites - allows your customer to mark products as Favourites for easy re-ordering

  • Repeat ordering based on Order History

  • Repeat ordering based on a configurable set of status

  • Transactions - allow your customer to viewing transaction, which have been retrieved in real-time from your ERP

Secure login

Secure login for your customers to access their catalogue, orders and listings.

Forgotten password

Your customers can reset their own password if they forget what it is.

"My account" screen

Populated with your customer's contact details and credit status which comes from your ERP.


Favourites

Stores your customer favourites, allowing your customers to easily find and place orders of their favourite products. Favourites are associated with a specific login.

Repeat ordering

Easily re-order from the Order History screen. Stock levels in your ERP are checked in real-time.

Recently-ordered products

Extract a list of recently-ordered products from your ERP in real-time. PocketShop scans through your recent orders, extracts and displays a list recently ordered products based on a customisable set of status which have been configured during PocketShop build.

Transactions

View a list of transactions retrieved from your ERP in real-time. During your PocketShop build, you can specify which transactions to view (for example, invoices or credit notes), and also whether you wish adjustments to be viewed.
