More information

We support many payment gateways which operate in all regions around the world. In some cases, the payment gateway supplier implements a minimum charge amount. The minimum charge amount is the minimum amount on any order that your customer submits. The following table outlines which payment gateways we support, the regions in which they operate and whether they apply a minimum charge amount.

While we provide this information, it contains information that we have discovered from the different payment gateway providers, it is not exhaustive.

Key points

  • Some of the payment gateways we support charge a minimum amount.

  • An error may occur if your customer's order does not reach this minimum amount and attempts to pay the order via the payment gateway.

  • We would recommend that you inform your customers of the minimum charge amount, which varies depending on the payment gateway you use.
